Oreo Balls Recipe

8 ounces softened cream cheese
18 ounces package of Oreo cookies, (grind in food processor)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoon shortening
1 package of white morsels chips

Mix cream cheese with mixer until fluffy,  Add the crushed Oreos and beat on high until mixed well.  Chill in the refrigerator for about two hours. Next, roll Oreo cookie mix into one inch Oreo Balls.
Then, melt the chocolate chips and shortening with a double boiler. Dip the Oreo balls completely into the melted warm chocolate. (I used a fork to put them on wax paper.) Melt white morsel chips in a double boiler and dripple the white chocolate onto the Oreo Balls. 
Keep them in the refrigerator.

The Oreo Balls are delicious and easy to make. They can be frozen until ready to eat.
